Your adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from the Kakslauttanen and Kiilopää areas. Upon arrival at our safari office in Ivalo, you will be provided with warm clothing and shoes to keep you cozy in the Arctic chill. Then, hop onto our snowmobiles and sledges as we whisk you away to a secret fishing spot surrounded by stunning winter landscapes.
Under the guidance of a local expert fisherman, you'll learn the art of ice fishing, complete with your own fishing rod and the option to use worms or maggots to catch your dinner. After a rewarding fishing session, we’ll head to a nearby island where you can meet and feed friendly reindeer. To top off this incredible day, enjoy a delicious three-course lunch and hot drinks served in a traditional Lappish teepee by an open fire.
